Hernán Simó is an attorney licensed to practice law in California and Mendoza, Argentina, with more than a decade of experience in litigation, public service, judicial decision-making, legal education, and law firm management.
Before joining Lingtu Law Office, Hernán served as a Senior and Managing Attorney at a California law firm, responsible for more than 60 active matters across personal injury, employment law, probate, family law, real property disputes, and civil litigation. He has substantial experience drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings, participating in mediations, negotiating settlements, and supervising legal support teams.
Hernán began his career in Argentina in civil and commercial litigation, then served as a Judicial Clerk at the Mendoza Courts of Appeals, drafting opinions in civil, commercial, business, tax, and bankruptcy law. He later served more than five years as a Public Civil Prosecutor at the Mendoza Attorney General's Office.
Education: law degree from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo School of Law (GPA 9.56/10, Best Graduate Award and Gold Medal); MBA from Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, certified by Universidad Isabel I de Castilla (GPA 9.65/10, Cum Laude); Master of Laws from the University of Dayton School of Law (GPA 4.11).
